All Batcor conveyors are manufactured in-house and installed ready-made or in modular sections to ensure minimum time spent on site.
Listening to the client’s requirements is essential to the installation going to plan and to keep our clients well informed at all times throughout the project.
Batcor have installed many of its conveyors while industries have been in full operation and have completed projects without disruption to the daily tasks set by the facility for its operators.
Some of our clients are government facilities or in the hospitality industustry, and cannot afford any down time, or even to know that we are there. Batcor prides itself on being ableto pass that competency onto all who deal with us.
On occasion our installations have even taken place outside of Australia, using our own specialist team. We have a “can do” attitude and through the toughest of conditions always manage to complete the job with a smile and service that is second to none.
Batcor is able to service the needs of any idustry that has existing conveyors, whether they own a Batcor conveyor or not. We have communications with all the leading conveyor manufacturers around Australia and can provide spare parts to suit their conveyors or retrofit our own, depending on the conveyor and the client’s needs.
We provide our clients with a 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service team, and have an electrical service team on standby.
All purchased parts come with a manufacturers warranty, and our own warranty for work completed, as we only deal with suppliers that will back their own product and provide appropriate warranties.
